Reaching the world for Christ – Matthew 28:19 Bishop Cole has been wonderfully married to Missionary Herminia Cole for 39 years. They have two children, Missionary Bernice Morris and David Cole and 5 grandchildren. Missionary Bernice Morris is married to Minister Jeremy Morris and she has 4 beautiful children . Bishop Michael R. Cole’s educational experience includes: Lake Region Jr. College, 2 years (focus- Social Psychology); Park College, 3 years (Focus – Business Administration/Human Resources); COGIC Ministerial Pastoral Training and the GOGIC College of Bishop’s training. Bishop Michael R. Cole, served in the USAF for 10 years, from 1976-1986 Bishop Michael R. Cole served as a pastor at the Grand Forks Air Force Base, Grand Forks, ND providing Chapel and Gospel Services, for 10 years.

Bishop Michael R. Cole was ordained Bishop of the Church of God in Christ for the state of North Dakota in 1990. Bishop Cole pastors a diverse congregation of various Ethnic backgrounds in Grand Forks, North Dakota where all are welcome and free to come and worship in Spirit and in Truth. This church serves the city, the Air Force Base, surrounding towns and also many of the 1st Nation Reservations in North Dakota. Bishop Cole’s service includes 45 years in ministry; 44 of these as the Pastor of Gospel Outreach, Church of God In Christ, his ministry has allowed him to travel to 6 out of 7 continents, preaching and teaching the Gospel to 58 countries throughout the world. He is special appointed to the presidents of the International Missions Department of the Church of God in Christ International.

His heart is to reach souls for the kingdom of God. Truly his heart is a missionary to the nations of the world and he heard the directive of the Lord “GO into the world…”(Matt 28:19; Mk 16:16-18) Bishop Cole believes that the present day anointing of the Lord is Fresh Oil and Fresh Fire for a Generation waiting to fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord in this Dispensation.
